    The fear of the menstrual cycle is a deep seated fear of a woman’s power….this is the time of the month when a woman can be at the most sensitive - emotionally, mentally physically, and this really needs to be honoured - by women first and foremost. I am truly astounded and disgusted by this man’s response to the possibility of being with his wife while she is bleeding, and it promotes women-hating attitudes in other men and women themselves. There is a gentler way of being with ourselves.

    All right I’m a woman and I would not mind having sex on the rag AT ALL. This is not true for everyone, but a lot of women feel especially horny during that time. Yeah it’s messy, but as other people have said, use a towel– or better yet, take it into the bathtub/shower so cleanup is easy.

    I mean, really. If men will f*ck a woman’s butt– a dirty dark hole filled with CRAP– then what’s wrong with having sex during menstruation? Honestly.

    A lot of the people commenting on this need to grow up. I can understand if a woman doesn’t want to have sex when she’s on her period because she doesn’t feel well or up to it but to act like its having sex with a leper is childish. It is just blood, keep yourself clean and it’ll be all good. Its just added lubrication.

    i would NEVER have sex while on my period

    my boyfriend was sooooo horny last night and he wanted to have sex sooo bad. It weirded me out that he still wanted to, even after i told him i was on it. He suggested that we could use a towel and that he wouldn’t hurt me while doing it, but i still felt uncomfortable. for some reason, it is way too awkward and it would be messy.
